Regards your issue, try to measure voltage between contacts 3/I and 2/I or 1/I. 3/I is ground, while two next must have any voltage compared to ground. If some voltage is present there, check tube V15, used in the slope meter part. The slope meter part is coupled with Uc1 voltage with the C11 capacitor and R118 resistor. If the slope meter is also working, then it’s highly possible that you have a broken wire or connection somewhere, you need to check the whole path to the B2 switch.

I measured potentiometer and replace lamp: (Второй выпрямитель, напряжение которого стабилизировано газоразрядными стабилитронами V6 и V7 (СГ2П), собран на лампе V5 (6Ц4П). Напряжение этого выпрямителя является опорным для электронных стабилизаторов и используется в качестве напряжения смещения на первой сетке испытуемой лампы.) but it didn’t help.
Can you help me find to repair a fault?
